A new Sadhana location at Pacific Cultural Center. A gracious thanks to PCC for allowing us to use the "Studio" space outside their open office hours. Join us from in the morning for Sadhana and come any time.

Directions:  From Highway 1, take the 41st Ave. exit and go towards the ocean, past the intersection with Capitola Road:  the next left (at the stoplight) is Jade Street.  The Park is at the end of Jade Street on the right-hand side. 

 

We will do warm-ups by the community garden on the side of the Community Center.
 

 

We will be done ~ 9:00am with meditation and breakfast.

 

What's Breathwalk?

Breathwalk is a Kundalini Yoga based walking meditation including pranayam and silent mantra aligned with your pace of walking. There are multiple programs specifically designed to help us revitalize our cognition, mental awareness, and overall vitality and endurance. Classes include basic warm-ups, breathwalk sequence for about half-hour and cool down. Join us for these lovely events! 


What you need to bring:

Shoes you can walk in

Jacket

Money for breakfast and class

Towel
